The E/Z Bore Swinger

MOUNTING	Any 1 ton or larger truck with minimum cab to axle measurement of 60 inches.
WEIGHTS	Standard 1 ton truck Swinger	approx. 4200 lbs. approx. 2200 lbs. approx. 3050 lbs.
HYDRAULICS	17 GPM - 2000 PSI. Hydraulic pump driven by power take-off from truck transmission - 20 gallon capacity oil tank. Optional deck motor to Power Pump.
CONTROLS	Hydraulic valve console located at rear of unit. Remote control has 25 ft. lead with removable locking plug.
WINCH	2 speed Hydraulic motor driven through gear reduction on a single split spool with a rating of 6,000 lbs. on smallest bare drum. Drum is power up, power down with automatic locking brake and has line speeds from 50 to 160 ft. per minute.
SANDLINE	Hydraulic motor direct coupled to single spool with line speed of approximately 300 ft. per minute, power up, power down. Drum has a rating of 1,000 lbs. on bare stool and is equipped with automatic locking brake.
MAST	Collapsed length of 17 ft. 6 in. , with adjustable 10 ft. extension at 5 ft. interval - maximum extended height in upright position is 35 ft. on a standard 1 ton truck. Mast raised and lowered with twin hydraulic cylinders and can be positioned up to a maximum of 10 ft. 6 i n. behind bed. Optional Hydraulic Boom Push-out - Extra Length.

BED	Fabricated with all steel construction and covered with non-skid type decking. Headboard and twin racks with adjustable side rails and tailgate. Rear bumper is of heavy steel construction. Bed includes ICC lights.
POSITIONER	Swinger 45 Special design mounting in bed, a hydraulic cylinder enables operator to position mast in a 45º radius at rear of truck (22½º each way), Maximum movement of 12 ft. with mast extended and laid back 10 ft. 6 in. Encompasses an area in excess of 60 sq.ft. to rear of bed. Swinger 360 Rotation bearing mounted in bed and operated hydraulic through rotation gear box.
